Titus's Conference is for leaders and church workers who are passionate about reaching the next generation. You'll gain practical tools, biblical insight, and real strategies to better disciple and engage young people in today's culture.    

Both workshops and citywide conferences are facilitated by a diverse group of highly successful leaders with years of experience and exposure in the curriculum areas.

As a participant, you will:

• Engage with like-minded individuals dedicated to leading and equipping youth who desire to bring positive change to their communities.
• Learn ministry and leadership principles from proven leaders who have built and led great organizations.
• Explore the foundations of leadership development, biblical worldview training, and today's implications for youth ministry.

 The cohort program is a 10-month, faith-based experience focused on leadership and Christian character development for youth leaders. The next cohort begins Saturday, January 30, 2027.

 Because meaningful growth happens in community, cohorts are intentionally small to foster strong, personal relationships. 

To become a cohort participant, you must fill out an application. Use the form below to apply. Once the application is submitted, many individuals are interviewed and selected for the Titus Leadership Cohort program.

The application is open until October 29, 2026.

Qualifications for cohort participants include the following: 

•  Leads or volunteers in a program or ministry that directly impacts youth. 
•   Is a church member passionate about securing the Gospel for the next generation and passionate about community transformation.
• Has a strong desire to learn and has a teachable spirit.
