We believe discipleship isn't a program to run; it's a story every generation is invited into. Titus exists to help churches build the kind of formation culture where that story keeps being told — not once, but generation after generation.
Our Why
The next generation is growing up in a rapidly changing world, and churches are facing new opportunities and new challenges. We believe the answer is not a new model of Church—it is a stronger, healthier, and better-equipped Church. When churches are strengthened, generations are transformed.
Our Conviction
No generation should walk this alone. Titus exists so that every youth leader, every parent, every mentor, every pastor has what they need to disciple the generation in front of them—and raise leaders who will disciple the generation after that.
That's why we don't simply provide training or resources. We partner with churches to build a lasting culture of discipleship where pastors, youth leaders, and parents work together to help young people become lifelong disciples of Jesus.
Through biblical teaching, practical strategies, leadership development, research, and long-term partnership, we help churches strengthen their ability to faithfully pass on faith, leadership, and mission from one generation to the next.
