Titus's leadership development initiatives and Training programs aim to nurture emerging Christian leaders, equipping them with the skills to effectively disciple the next generation with the Gospel.
Why?
Most urban youth leaders lack Training. They often experience depression, fatigue, and burnout, and these trends are even worse for young leaders who minister in urban communities. Training and authentic engagement have a direct and consequential effect on leaders' retention and the effective discipleship of students.
Titus's Unique Approach:
The Name
Titus Foundation derives its name from the Book of Titus in the New Testament, which refers to God's story of redemptive and restorative power. Paul gave Titus character, conviction, and competency, preparing him for leadership in the early Church.
Ushering in the next generation includes the Church's intentional plan to receive and disciple the emerging Hispanic culture. I thank God for the Titus Foundation, which encourages us to lead and equip the next generation.

Partnering with Titus has allowed me to meet young leaders who want to be equipped to share the Gospel with young people in urban areas of our city. Let's not leave them behind!

Empower emerging church leaders to live on mission for the Gospel.
We accomplish our mission by providing training, resources, and support that leaders need to reach and disciple the next generation through cohort-based training, practical leadership experiences, and relevant events.
Vision
We envision thriving churches where young believers live on mission for the Gospel, influence their peers, and empower transformation in every community and the world.
Foundational Verse
(Jesus). Who gave Himself to redeem us from all wickedness, and to purify for Himself a people who are His very own, eager to do what is good. Titus 2:14
Impact
After partnering with Titus to reach youth and children in our community, our church attendance has increased by 35%.

Some moments shape the destiny of a city!
The Titus Foundation was established in 2019 by a group of Phoenix-area youth pastors and leaders.
In 2016, a prayer-walk in downtown Phoenix, where over 1,800 young people prayed together, motivated the founders to create a youth leadership training focused on equipping leaders to share God's story by modeling it, providing tools, and fostering a discipleship environment where they can guide students to find their place in that story.
