At Titus, we believe the local Church is God's primary strategy for making disciples. We exist to strengthen churches by equipping church leaders to reach young people, help them become lifelong disciples of Jesus, and faithfully pass on faith, leadership, and mission to the next generation.
We don't believe churches need another program. We believe they need a clear, biblical strategy for making disciples that lasts for generations. That's why everything we do is designed to help churches build a culture where discipling the next generation becomes part of everyday ministry.

Our Unique Approach
We believe discipling the next generation is not the responsibility of one ministry—it's the mission of the Church.
That's why we don't simply provide training or resources. We partner with churches to build a lasting culture of discipleship where pastors, youth leaders, and parents work together to help young people become lifelong disciples of Jesus.
Through biblical teaching, practical strategies, leadership development, research, and long-term partnership, we help churches strengthen their ability to faithfully pass on faith, leadership, and mission from one generation to the next.
